I. Professional background and overview

Electronic information engineering is the application of semiconductor technology, computer technology and other modern means of electronic information control and information processing professional, the main field involves information acquisition and processing, electronic equipment and information system design, development, application and integration and other related technologies。

The Electronic Information Engineering major of the College of Science and Technology of Ningbo University began to enroll students in 2006, and became the first undergraduate major of electronic information engineering in Ningbo City. In 2010, it became the key specialty of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the College of Science and Technology of Ningbo University。In 2020, the School of Information Engineering was successfully selected as the Ningbo Integrated Circuit Industry (Microelectronics) talent Training Base, and its electronic information engineering major was selected as the pilot major of integration of integrated circuit production and education。There are more than 160 students in the school, and the annual enrollment scale is about 40-50 people。Now we offer two professional directions of intelligent electronic system equipment and integrated circuit packaging and testing。

This major is guided by new engineering,Make full use of high quality resources inside and outside the school,Training to meet the needs of national economic and scientific and technological development,Have a solid electronic information professional theoretical foundation,Can take the initiative to apply new electronic information technology in intelligent manufacturing, information processing and related fields engaged in intelligent electronic systems, equipment and devices research, design, development, manufacturing, application, maintenance, management and other work, can adapt to and lead the regional economic and social development, "brave to take responsibility, good at learning, dare to exceed" high-quality applied innovation talents。

2. Professional characteristics and advantages

The professional teachers are relatively strong, with a reasonable structure, exquisite business, professional combination of high-quality teachers。There are 14 full-time teachers, including 1 special professor, 2 professors, 6 associate professors and 8 doctors, and the proportion of young and middle-aged teachers is 71.4%, most of the teachers have rich corporate work experience。

This major has advanced teaching facilities and complete experimental equipment。Now it has 11 teaching laboratories of various kinds,Including 3 basic laboratories (electrical and electronic laboratory, digital electronic technology laboratory and analog electronic technology laboratory), 7 professional laboratories (electronic design laboratory, electronic measurement/digital signal processing laboratory, SCM /EDA laboratory, digital communication laboratory, virtual instrument laboratory, electronic synthesis laboratory, integrated circuit testing and development laboratory) and science1 laboratory for scientific research and innovation,The total value of the experimental equipment is more than 7.9 million yuan。The laboratory is equipped with all kinds of advanced electronic instruments and equipment, high-performance computers and professional development tools, etc., which provides a good practical teaching environment for teachers to carry out practical teaching and students to participate in various discipline competitions and innovative activities。

This program focuses on the development of students,Take the new engineering construction as the guide,With the "platform + direction" talent training model,The course system of general education platform, professional course platform, professional direction module, interdisciplinary course module and optional course is constructed,We have set up four teaching teams: Electronic Technology Basic course, Professional basic course, electronic system design specialty direction and integrated Circuit engineering specialty direction,After years of construction,The training quality of electronic information engineering professionals has steadily improved,At present, there are excellent teachers, equipment and practical training bases for training applied advanced electronic technology professionals for local economic and social development。

Students actively participate in various disciplines at all levels and participate in scientific research projects with high enthusiasm, and have relatively strong practice and innovation ability。In various provincial/national discipline competitions, students have won many awards。In the past five years, the employment rate of graduates of this major has always been above 95%。

Professional courses in intelligent electronic System equipment: EDA technology and application, embedded system principle and application, sensor principle and technology, virtual and intelligent instrument, information system project development and practice。

Integrated Circuit Packaging and testing specialty courses: Introduction to microelectronics Manufacturing technology, integrated circuit principle, integrated circuit EDA technology, integrated circuit process and device and its engineering practice, integrated circuit packaging and testing and its engineering practice。

  2.Publication of textbooks: In recent years, teachers of this major have published nearly 10 professional textbooks and experimental instructions in important domestic publishing houses such as China Water Resources and Hydropower Press and Zhejiang University Press, among which "Basis of Digital Electronic Technology" was selected as "21st Century Higher Education Computer Planning Textbook".。
